PPCWhat does a booked job actually cost you from Google Ads?
Cost per lead is the number agencies report when they don't know what happened next. We track every call through to a booked appointment and a dollar value, so you find out what a customer actually cost you — not what a click did.
What the engagement actually includes.
Local Services Ads
Pay per lead, not per click, appearing above everything else with a Google Screened badge — usually the first thing we turn on for service businesses.
Google Search Ads
High-intent keywords for the treatments and services with the best margins, with negatives managed tightly so you stop paying for tire-kickers.
Ongoing waste elimination
Weekly search-term audits to catch new junk queries before they burn budget, dayparting so spend matches your actual hours of answering the phone, and radius tightening when a zip code keeps producing clicks but never a booked job.
Conversion-optimized landing pages
Built for the campaign, not repurposed from the site — where your ad sends someone decides whether the click was worth anything.
Call tracking on every campaign
Dynamic number insertion and call scoring — HIPAA-compliant for medical clients — so spend is measured against booked value rather than raw conversions.
Straight answers about google ads & lsa.
What counts as a conversion?
A phone call over a qualifying length, or a form submission. We then track those through to whether they booked, so the report shows booked jobs rather than raw conversions.
How do you cut wasted spend beyond just blocking negative keywords?
Negatives catch what you already know to block. The bigger waste is usually schedule and geography — ads running full-price overnight when no one's answering the phone, or a zip code that clicks constantly but has never once produced a booked job. We audit both weekly, not just at setup.
Do you mark up our ad spend?
No. Ad spend goes on your card in an account you own. We never hold budget or take a percentage of it — that would give us an incentive to spend more of it, which is the wrong incentive.
Who owns the ad account if we stop working together?
You do — it's in your name from day one, along with the campaign history, conversion data and audience lists. We remove our access and hand over documentation.
How much should we spend?
It depends entirely on your job value and close rate, which is what the audit establishes. As a rough guide, if a booked job is worth several thousand dollars, meaningful testing usually needs a few thousand dollars a month to produce enough data to optimize against.
