Editorial Policy
Why publish this
Marketing agency websites are full of numbers nobody can check. We would rather show fewer numbers and have every one of them be real. These are the rules this site is built on — not intentions, but rules enforced in the code that renders the pages.
Numbers and metrics
Every figure published on this site comes from a real source: a rank-tracking export, an ad account, a client's own reporting, or a public profile. We do not estimate, round up for effect, or borrow an industry average and present it as ours.
When we don't have a figure yet, the site shows nothing rather than a placeholder. Case studies carry a list of metrics; any metric we haven't been given is filtered out before the page renders, which is why some case studies show two numbers and others show none. An empty space means we haven't collected it, never that the result was disappointing.
Screenshots and client work
Every website shown on this site — in the wall on the homepage, on the portfolio grid, framed on a case study — is a real screenshot of a real site we built or worked on, and every one of them is linked so you can go and look. There are no mockups of imaginary clients and no stock templates dressed up as work.
Facts about a client's business — credentials, locations, specialisms — are taken from that client's own public website or their own public statements, not written from memory or inferred.
Charts
Where we have a real analytics or rank-tracking export, we show the export itself. Where we don't, the card falls back to an abstract growth line with no axis and no numbers on it, because a chart with invented values on a real client's card would be a lie told in a more convincing format.
Reviews and quotes
Client reviews shown on this site are already public on Google, under the reviewer's own name — you can go and read them at the source. Endorsements published elsewhere, such as a client's own launch announcement, are quoted with attribution and linked back to the original. We do not commission testimonials, edit them for punchiness, or attribute a quote to a person who didn't say it.
Claims about results
Results shown here are what happened for those businesses. They are not a prediction of what will happen for yours, and we don't present them as one. Rankings, AI citations and lead volume depend on competition, budget and platform decisions outside anyone's control, which is why you will not find a guaranteed position or a guaranteed lead count anywhere on this site. See our terms of service for the formal version.
AI and this site
We build AI systems, and we use AI tools in our own work. What that doesn't change: everything published here is reviewed by a person before it goes live, and the sourcing rules above apply regardless of what drafted a sentence. An AI cannot supply a metric we don't have.
We also publish a plain-text summary of this business at /llms.txt and a structured description at /llm-info/, so answer engines describing us have something accurate to work from. Our AI crawling policy sets out who may read it.
Corrections
If something here is wrong — a number, a credential, a claim about your business — tell us and we will fix it. Corrections are made to the page itself rather than noted and left in place. Reach us through the contact page.
