Who we are
Proway Digital, LLC is a marketing and software agency based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy covers https://prowaydigital.com — the website you are reading. It does not cover work we do inside a client's own systems, which is governed by the agreement we sign with that client.
What we collect
Only two things. The first is whatever you type into a contact form on this site. The longer form on our contact page asks for your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, budget range and a description of the problem you want solved. The short form used elsewhere asks for your name, business name, email and, optionally, your website address.
The second is the ordinary request information any web server records — your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and when. Our hosting provider keeps these logs; we use them to keep the site up and to investigate abuse, not to build a profile of you.
What we don't collect
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party trackers. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing running. We do not buy personal data about visitors, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to answer you. That is the whole purpose: someone reads what you sent and replies about the work you asked about. We may follow up about that enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission.
Who else sees it
A contact form on this site does not save your submission to a database. It sends it as an email, which means two companies handle it in passing: Resend, which delivers the message, and Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above. After delivery your message lives in our email inbox like any other email.
Beyond that we share personal information only when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful as a record of the conversation, and are deleted when they are not. Server logs are kept for the period our hosting provider retains them. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights; tell us what you are asking for and we will treat the request on its merits rather than making you prove which statute applies.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be described here rather than made quietly.
